सामग्री (Ingredients):
सूखी सामग्री:
- मैदा (All-purpose flour) – 1.5 कप (180 ग्राम)
- बेकिंग पाउडर – 1 चम्मच
- बेकिंग सोडा – ½ चम्मच
- चीनी – ¾ कप (150 ग्राम)
गीली सामग्री:
- दही – ½ कप (120 ग्राम)
- दूध – ½ कप (120 मिली)
- तेल (कोई हल्का तेल, जैसे वेजिटेबल ऑयल) – ½ कप (120 मिली)
- वैनिला एसेंस – 1 चम्मच
- सिरका या नींबू का रस – 1 चम्मच
वैकल्पिक सामग्री:
- कोको पाउडर (चॉकलेट केक के लिए) – 2 बड़े चम्मच मैदा की जगह लें।
- कटे हुए मेवे, चॉकलेट चिप्स, या सूखे फल – 2-3 बड़े चम्मच।
स्टेप-बाय-स्टेप विधि:
चरण 1: ओवन को प्रीहीट करें
अपने ओवन को कन्वेक्शन मोड में सेट करें।
180°C पर प्रीहीट करें: "Convection" बटन दबाएं, तापमान को 180°C पर सेट करें, और "Start" दबाएं।
चरण 2: बैटर तैयार करें
सूखी सामग्री मिलाएं:एक बड़े कटोरे में मैदा, बेकिंग पाउडर और बेकिंग सोडा छान लें। चीनी डालें और अच्छे से मिला लें।
गीली सामग्री मिलाएं:एक अन्य कटोरे में दही, दूध, तेल, वैनिला एसेंस और सिरका (या नींबू का रस) को अच्छे से फेंटें।
दोनों को मिलाएं:गीली सामग्री को धीरे-धीरे सूखी सामग्री में डालें और स्पैटुला से हल्के से मिलाएं।
बैटर में कोई गांठ न रहे, लेकिन ज्यादा न मिलाएं।
यदि वैकल्पिक सामग्री (मेवे, चॉकलेट चिप्स) डाल रहे हैं, तो अब डालें।
चरण 3: बेकिंग पैन तैयार करें
एक माइक्रोवेव-सुरक्षित बेकिंग पैन को तेल या मक्खन से ग्रीस करें।
हल्का मैदा छिड़कें या बटर पेपर लगाएं।
चरण 4: केक को बेक करें
बैटर को तैयार पैन में डालें और हल्के से थपथपाकर समान कर लें।
पैन को ओवन के लो मेटल रैक पर रखें।
180°C पर 30-35 मिनट के लिए बेक करें।केक चेक करने के लिए बीच में टूथपिक डालें। अगर टूथपिक साफ बाहर आती है, तो केक तैयार है।
यदि केक तैयार नहीं है, तो 3-5 मिनट और बेक करें और फिर से जांचें।
चरण 5: ठंडा करें और परोसें
केक को 10 मिनट तक पैन में ठंडा होने दें।
पैन से निकालकर वायर रैक पर पूरी तरह ठंडा करें।
अपनी पसंद के आइसिंग से सजाएं या ऐसे ही परोसें।
टिप्स:
- कन्वेक्शन बेकिंग: ओवन को हमेशा पहले से प्रीहीट करें ताकि केक समान रूप से बेक हो।
- ज्यादा न मिलाएं: ज्यादा मिक्स करने से केक घना हो सकता है।
- स्टोरेज: केक को एयरटाइट कंटेनर में 2 दिनों तक कमरे के तापमान पर रखें या ज्यादा दिनों तक फ्रिज में स्टोर करें।
